Does it expire? New $2 keys last one month, $5 keys two months, and $20 keys one year from confirmation. Monthly Supporter includes the key during the free trial and while the subscription is active; access stops when the subscription ends or payment is overdue. Existing lifetime keys keep their access. Player thank-yous from one-time donations stay on your profile.
What are early builds, the vote and the recap? Early builds are the next version of Nebula Player — tested, just newer — a few days before everyone else: on Android from the app's update card once you switch them on in Settings › Support, and on the web at play.rifflehq.in/player/beta. The vote is how the next feature is chosen: a short list in Settings › Support, one vote each, and the winner gets built. The recap is your month on Nebula — hours watched, your top titles, your busiest day — worked out on your own device from what it played, and never sent anywhere.
Can I use the key on more than one device? Yes — install it on your phone, your TV and your computer. It is meant for you and your household, not for passing around.
Where do the Nebula Player thank-yous show? On your Nebula profile, so on every device you sign in to. The wall is opt-in: your name appears only if you switch it on in Settings › Support. Founders are named on the Founders list from the start — switch it off there if you would rather not be.
I lost my key. The page you landed on after paying shows it — keep that address. Otherwise open an issue on the Nebula repository with the order number from your receipt and it will be sent to you.
